How to run the app smoothly
A few simple habits can make your bg 9999 App experience much better.
Stable Internet
Use a Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection during live casino or betting — a weak connection can cause the live stream to stall.
Keep the App Updated
Update the app through official channels — newer versions have better performance and security.
Battery and Storage
Live casino uses more battery — charge your phone before a long session and keep storage free.
Track Your VIP Benefits
Check your VIP cashback status in the app — cashback is updated weekly from Bronze to Platinum.
