These Terms may be changed or updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. To learn more about the scope of services, plans, and policies, read About bg 9999.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on bg 9999. No person under 21 may use this platform. Providing a false age during registration will result in account termination and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

bg 9999 services are provided for residents of Bangladesh. Users from regions where such services are legally restricted may not register.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account from the same person, device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and your own. Opening an account with false or fabricated information is a direct violation of these Terms. bg 9999 may request identity verification at any time, and submitting the relevant documents when asked is mandatory.

3 Account Security and Use

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bg 9999 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. A bg 9999 account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse or manipulate the bonus system

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

bg 9999 reserves the right to monitor any suspicious financial activity. If a transaction appears suspicious under applicable law, it may be suspended or cancelled and the relevant authorities may be informed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bg 9999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before they can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

All bg 9999 bonuses and promotions have their own specific terms, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those terms are met. If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses have a set claim deadline; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• bg 9999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

bg 9999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using false identities, or manipulating the system.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be changed or cancelled except in the case of a technical error. The result shown by the bg 9999 system will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

For any bet or game round affected by a technical issue or server error, bg 9999 will conduct the necessary investigation and make a decision. bg 9999 reserves the right to void any unreasonable or abnormal winnings resulting from an error.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds may change for live bets in sports betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If outdated odds appear on a user's screen due to internet delays, those odds may not be accepted.

6.4 Game Fairness

All casino games on bg 9999 are powered by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7 Privacy and Personal Data

bg 9999 treats the storage and processing of your personal data with the highest importance. Information provided during registration and transactions is used solely for the purpose of delivering services. SSL encryption and other security technologies are used to protect your data.

For full details on how personal data is used and stored, what information is shared with third parties, and your rights over your data, please read bg 9999's Privacy Policy. That policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

bg 9999 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should not cause financial or psychological harm to anyone. The platform therefore provides users with the ability to set their own limits.

Any user can request a temporary break or ask to have their account temporarily suspended. If you notice signs of a gaming-related problem, seek help immediately. Read the Responsible Gaming Guide for details on preventing gaming addiction, how to set limits, and safe gaming habits.

Remember: gaming is for people aged 21 and above. Do not bet more than you can afford.
