bg 9999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
When gaming starts to show signs of going beyond entertainment and becoming a problem, making the right decision is what matters most. bg 9999 believes that every player's safety and mental wellbeing is the highest priority.
Responsible Gaming
Gaming Should Be Fun, Never a Burden
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment for adults — much like watching a film or reading a book. But like any entertainment, there is a line that, once crossed, can have a negative impact on personal and family life. bg 9999 has taken this seriously from the start and is committed to creating an environment where gaming always remains balanced and controlled for every player.
Under our Terms and Conditions, players must be at least 21 years old to open an account and participate in any game at bg 9999. This restriction is not merely a rule on paper — it is part of our active preventive measures to protect minors.
Gaming addiction is a recognised behavioural problem that can affect anyone. That is why bg 9999 has developed a number of practical tools and support systems to help players review their gaming habits and set limits when needed. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how this information is stored securely.
Remember, gaming is never a way to solve financial problems. Placing more bets to chase losses is a dangerous mindset. Every bet is independent and the outcome is entirely uncertain — no strategy or system guarantees a win.
Self-Limit and Protection Tools
bg 9999 gives players full control over their own gaming. The tools below can be used at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on the amount you deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit on how long you play in one session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you.
Temporary Break
Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
Activating long-term self-exclusion permanently closes the account and it cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
Loss Limit
Automatically stop betting once losses exceed a set amount. This keeps financial losses within a defined range.
Activity Statement
View your complete betting history, deposit amounts, and loss records at any time. Analyse your own gaming patterns.
To use or activate these tools, contact bg 9999's 24/7 live chat support — our team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Apply for Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate self-exclusion without delay. This is not a sign of weakness — it is an act of responsibility towards yourself and your family.
The account cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period ends. Even after the period ends, a specific waiting process must be followed to reopen it.
You can find more information on this in our FAQ section — Read the FAQ.
Self-Exclusion Request
After you submit this form, our support team will get in touch with you.

bg 9999's Commitment to Responsibility
We believe gaming should be voluntary, conscious, and within one's means. bg 9999 uses technology, policy, and human support together to ensure a safe and transparent betting environment. We are vigilant that no one under 21 can access our services in any way.
How to Play Responsibly
Responsible gaming means staying aware and following a few simple rules. First, decide before you start how much time and money you will spend today — and do not exceed that limit. The deposit limit feature on bg 9999 lets you apply this limit automatically with the help of technology.
Second, check your attitude towards gaming. Is it still a source of enjoyment, or has it become a tool for relieving financial pressure or chasing losses? If the second feeling ever crosses your mind, treat it as a warning and take a break immediately.
Third, do not make gaming your only form of entertainment. Keep life varied by spending time with family, pursuing hobbies, exercising, and socialising. To learn more about any feature or policy at bg 9999, visit our About Us page.
Fourth, keep your devices and account secure from minors. Use a strong password and do not share it. If there are children or teenagers in the household, keep your account logged out.
Finally, remember there is no guarantee of winning in gaming. Every round is entirely independent and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). So sit down to play with a mindset that accepts both winning and losing.
